An on-site evaluation is implemented to assess overall health/fitness areas needing specific focus. The evaluation also includes an introduction workout, allowing each client to become familiarized to a typical session. The evaluation and introductory workout will not take more than 2 hours to complete. A standard $150 cost is processed for the first assessment, workout and consultation. All subsequent evaluations are included in the program and normal sessions.

Based on the personal evaluation, your areas needing improvement, focused areas, and stated goals, an individualized plan is developed for you to begin working toward your goals during personal sessions.

As improvements are made, re-evaluating provides a fail-proof method to ensure you are on the most efficient path to success.
